How to unlock Python Submachine Gun in The First Descendant
The Python Submachine Gun is one of the strongest weapon in The First Descendant. The weapon works well on all builds, but especially fits Freyna’s Build.
To craft Python you have to to get the following four items crafted first:
Python Polymer Syncytium Blueprint
Python Synthetic Fiber Blueprint
Python Nano Tube Blueprint
Python Blueprint
Let’s take a look at the best farming locations for each item.
Note: Python is a pain to farm, prepare yourself for some painful grinding.
Note 2: If you have time, it’s best to farm enough materials to get several Pythons ready to enhance its unique ability.
Python Polymer Synctium Blueprint
This is the first item required to create the Python. You’ll need the following items to make it:
97x Hardener
Vespers Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Muntion.
91x Nanopolymers
Agna Desert Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Muntion.
11 Crystal Biogel
White-night Gulch Hard, Shipment Base: Vulgus Strategic Outpost. Item only drops from the BOSS MONSTER.
1x Python Polymer Syncytium
Get Amorphous Material 029 from Agna Desert Normal, The Asylum. Then go kill Devourer for a chance to get the Blueprint.
Note: farm 10-20x Amorphous Material at once and then go defeat Devourer until you run out of Amorphous Material.
Python Synthetic Fiber Blueprint
108x Silicon
Echo Swamp Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Munition
73x Flectorite
White-night Gulch Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Munition
10x Positive Ion Particle
Agna Desert Hard, Vermilion Waste area, Rock Cave Base Mission. Item only drops from the BOSS MONSTER.
1x Python Synthetic Fiver
Get Amorphous Material 009 from Sterile Lands Normal, Restricted Zone area, The Forgottense mission. Then go kill Stunning Beauty on normal to open the Amorphous Material.
Note: Farm 10x Amorphous Material at once and then go defeat the Colossi to open up all of them.
Python Nano Tube Blueprint
62x Monad Shard
Kingston Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Muntion.
102x Ceramic Composite
White-night Gulch Normal/Hard, Resource Boxes and Muntion.
8x Conductive Metallic Foil
This is a lot faster if you have Enzo.
With Enzo: Vespers Hard/Normal, open Encrypted Vaults
Without Enzo: Floodplain Extermination Mission, Vesper zone, hard difficulty
Drops from: Any mission monster, low drop chance
Amount: 1-4 materials per monster that drops any
1x Python Nano Tube
Faster but harder: Farm Amorphous Material 059 in Kingston Hard, Slumber Valley Infiltration Mission Dungeon. Then go kill Executioner Colossi on hard for 32% chance to get the item.
Slower but easy: Farm Amorphous Material 039 in White-Night Gulch, Block Kuiper Mining defense mission. Then go kill Pyromaniac Colossi on normal for 15% chance to get the item.
Python Blueprint
The Python Blueprint is the most annoying item out of all to get. However, with Sharen it’s a lot faster than without her, but still doable.
1x Python Blueprint
With Sharen Infiltration: Vespers Hard, The Lumber Yard area, Culgus Strategic Outpost. Complete to get Amorphous Material 071 (5-25% drop chance).
Amorphous Material 071: Open this in Vespers Hard, The Ruins area, Abysal Void Fusion Reactor. Th Blueprint has a 36% chance to drop.
Without Sharen: Farm Defend Albion Resource mission in Echo Swamp for Amorphous Material 025.
Amorphous Material 025: Defeat Dead Bridge on normal to open the Amorphous Material. Python Blueprint has a 6% drop chance.
After that, you can craft the Python Submachine Gun. You will have to farm the Submachine Gun four more times if you want to max out its ability. Most items are fairly easy to get if you have Enzo and Sharen. If you don’t have them it will be a bit more tricky to get all materials, but not impossible!
