How to complete the Wine and Warriors Achievement in ESO
Unlocks the Outfit Style: Nantharion’s Royal Pauldrons
To complete the Wine and Warriors Achievement in ESO you need to participate in local West Weald culture in five different ways. Three of the activities are easily completed as they are always in the same place: Dancing with a Marionette, Smashing Grapes with a Vintner and Talking to the Reachfolk Ambassador. Two of the activities are random encounters on certain spots.
How Random Encounters work in ESO
Many DLC Zones in ESO have random encounter achievements and they all follow the same principle. Random encounter spots are trigger by a player going near it and you will know if it has triggered as npc’s will span on the location. Each random encounter spot has a one hour cooldown that is shared with everyone on the zone, so it is best to try to check them outside of your platforms primetime.
There are multiple different encounters that can spawn on the same random encounter spot which means it might take some time to get the Julianos Pilgrims and the Emerging Performer to spawn.

Talk to the Julianos Pilgrims
The Julianos Pilgrims have a chance to spawn on random encounter spots in West Weald.
Engage the Emerging Performer
The Emerging Performer has a chance to spawn on random encounter spots in West Weald.
1. Dance with a Marionette
Interact with the Marionette in the town of Ontus.
2. Smash Grapes with a Vintner
Jump into one of the Grape Barrels north of Skingrad and interact with the barrel to smash the grapes.
3. Talk to the Reachfolk Ambassador in Vashabar
The Reachfolk Ambassador is a neutral NPC in Vashabar. Talk to him and you will advance the achievement.
