AddonCategory – Fixed and improved (1.6.0)

Based on the addon AddonCategory by Floliroy:

This fixed and improved version contains some fixes:
-Error messages after update 43
-Compatibility with AddonSelector
-Compatibility with VotansAddonList

Improvements:
-Changed the settings menu to use LibAddonMenu order list box widget for the category order
-Added “AC” button at the addon manager top right where you can add new categories or jump directly to the categories or the settings menu
-Added a context menu button to the category headlines where you can change the category name, add a new categorym change the order and directly change currently assigned or unassigned addons in that category.
The context menu provides a search at the top where you can filter the menus and submenu (to e.g. search a particular addon name to remove or add).
