Requirements: Gold Road Chapter, Greymoor DLC
Description: This token shall be the Amulet of Kings, for I am the King of Spirits, and you are the Queen of Mortals. You shall stand witness for all mortal flesh, so shall I stand witness for all immortal spirits. – Akatosh to Alessia, the Trials of Saint Alessia-
Playstyle: The Lady Heaven’s playstyle revolves around numerous agents with flexible abilities, as well as agent removal.

You will need to gather all five fragments from different West Weald activities and combine them to acquire the Saint Alessia Patron.

Found occasionally after defeating bosses in Public Dungeons in West Weald.
Seeker’s Alessia Deck Fragment
Complete the quest “The Untraveled Road” in West Weald. To be able to get Seeker’s Alessia Deck Fragment, you will need to advance to the fifth part of the Gold Road main quest. You pickup the quest from Beragon inside his town house after defeating King Nantharion.
Shattered Alessia Deck Fragment
Found occasionally after defeating Mirrormoor Incursions at Mosaics in West Weald.
Slayer’s Alessia Deck Fragment
Found occasionally after defeating World Bosses in West Weald.
Saint Alessia Patron Deck Card Upgrade locations in ESO
Saint Alessia Patron Deck has four upgradable cards which to of them require clues. Clues have a chance to drop from Tales of Tribute Purses that are awarded to you after completing a Tales of Tribute Game. The quality of the Tribute Purse effects the drop rate as follows from best to worst: Master’s Purse (golden), Patron’s Purse (purple), Victor’s Purse (blue), Tribute Cardsharp’s Purse (Green) and Tribute Roister’s Purse (white).
You can upgrade four cards: Whitestrake Ascendant and Morihaus, Sacred Bull, Ayleid Quartermaster and Chainbreaker Captain.
Whitestrake Ascendant Upgrade Clue location in ESO
Once you have obtained the Whitestrake Ascendant Clue and read it, you can find the upgrade just north-east of Skingrad on the bottom of an Ayleid construction in West Weald.

Morihaus, Sacred Bull Upgrade Clue location in ESO
Once you have obtained the Morihaus, Sacred Bull Clue and read it, you can find the upgrade in the Northern part of West Weald, near the Valente Vineyards.

Ayleid Quartermaster Card Upgrade location
You must defeat Tribute Grand Master Caledonia Gregorious to obtain the Ayleid Quartermaster Card Upgrade. Caledonia resides at the Broken Promises Cave in West Weald.
Ayleid Defector is upgraded to Ayleid Quartermaster
Chainbreaker Captain Upgrade
You must use the Saint Alessia Patron 10 times in a match-made Tales of Tribute Game to obtain the Chainbreaker Captain Card Upgrade. You will find the Match making in the Group & Activity Finder under “Tales of Tribute”, where you can queue for unranked or ranked games.
Chainbreaker Sergeant is upgraded to Chainbreaker Captain
