Most of Luna’s required materials are fairly easy to obtain; the Blueprints and Code can be a bit tricky.

The Luna Enhanced Cells item isn’t that hard to get. Most materials that you nede are acquired fairly fast, you likely already have most of the materials anyway.
430x Silicon
Silicon drops in the Echo Swamp zone from resource boxes and munition containers in the zone. You likely already have enough of this.
Location 1: Echo Swamp Normal/Hard, Resource Box

Carbon Crystal drops in the Hagios zone from resource boxes and munition containers in the zone. You likely already have enough of this.

40x Pure Energy Residue
Pure Energy Residue drops in the Fortress zone from, Encrypted Vaults. Encrypted Vaults are a lot easier to open if you have Enzo unlocked due to his passive. Without having Enzo, best farm the Command Relay mission in the Fortress zone, Frozen Valley area.

Hellion drops in the Fortress zone from resource boxes and munition containers in the zone. You likely already have enough of this.

34x Highly-concentrated Energy Residue
Highly-concentrated Energy Residue drops in the Hagios zone from, Encrypted Vaults. Encrypted Vaults are incredibly easier to open if you have Enzo unlocked due to his passive. Without having Enzo, best farm the Vulgus Blockade mission on hard difficulty. It is an extermination type mission, that means the faster you kill everything, the faster yellow health bar monsters will spawn that have a chance to drop the material.
Location 1 With Enzo: Hagios Hard/Normal Encrypted Vaults
Location 2 Without Enzo: Hagios Hard, Dune Base area, Vulgus Blockade Mission. Chance to drop from yellow health bar monsters.
1x Luna Stabilizer Blueprint
The Luna Stabilizer Blueprint can be farmed fast in the Unknown Laboratory mission dungeon on hard difficulty. You get one drop per run. Then go defeat Dead Bride on hard to have a 32% drop chance of the Luna Stabilizer Blueprint.
Location 1 RECOMMENDED: Farm Amorphous Material 068-Mutant AA, Sterile Land Hard, Unknown Laboratory Mission Dungeon. One per run.

Luna Stabilizer Blueprint 32% drop chance
Location 2 (Sharen Only): Farm Amorphous Material 020-Mutant AA, drops in Echo Swamp Normal, Muskeg Swamp area from Vulgus Strategic Outposts. 5-20% drop chance. Only with Sharen infiltrating.

Need Organic Void Shards and Monomer Void Shards to activate the reactor.
Location 3: Farm Amorphous Material 098-Mutant AA, drops in White-night Gulch Hard, The Mountaintops area from Vulgus Strategic outpost. 25% drop chance.

Need Inorganic Void Shards and Polymer Void Shards to activate the reactor.

Superfluid drops in the Sterile Land zone from resource boxes and munition containers in the zone. You likely already have enough of this.

386x Hardener
Hardener can be found in any resource boy or munition container that you find in the Vespers zone. Same here, you probably also have enough already.

46x Specialized Biometal
To get Specialized Biometal, defeat Mission Boss Monsters in any of the two locations below in the Hagios zone. You need to kill the boss monster (yellow health bar) to get the mats. The Outposts reset after 1 minute.
Location 1 RECOMMENDED: Hagios Hard, Dune Base area: Vulgus Strategic Outpost, only the BOSS MONSTER (yellow health bar) drops the item. 4-8 at per kill.
Location 2: Hagios Hard, Forward Base: Vulgus Strategic Outpost, only the BOSS MONSTER (yellow health bar) drops the item.
1x Luna Spiral Catalyst Blueprint
The Luna Spiral Catalyst can only be obtained if you have Sharen unlocked in The First Descendant. You need to successfully infiltrate with Sharen to get the additional rewards from where all the below blueprints drop.
Location 1 RECOMMENDED: Farm Amorphous Material 015-Mutant AA, Vespers Normal, Moonlight Lake area, Vulgus Strategic Outpost. 5-25% drop chance. With Sharen Infiltration you get a chance of an additional reward.

Need Organic Void Shards and Polymer Void Shards to activate the reactor.

Location 2 (Sharen Only): Farm Amorphous Material 071-Mutant AA, Vespers Hard, Lumber Yard area, Vulgus Strategic Outpost. 5-25% drop chance. Only with Sharen infiltrating.

Need Monomer Void Shards and Polymer Void Shards to activate the reactor.
Luna Spiral Catalyst Blueprint 20% drop chance.
Location 3: Farm Amorphous Material 049-Mutant AA, Fortress Normal, Defense Line area, Vulgus Strategic Outpost. 5-25% drop chance. With Sharen Infiltration you get a chance of an additional reward.
Open Amorphous 049-Mutant AA in Fortress Normal, Defense Line area, Void Fusion Reactor.
Need Monomer Void Shards and Polymer Void Shards to activate the reactor.

There is really only one good location to pick and that is the first one. Farm Amorphous Material 094-Mutant AA from The Asylum mission dungeon on hard difficulty. You get one guaranteed drop per run. Then defeat Swamp Walker on hard difficulty to open the Amorphous material to get the 32% Luna Code drop chance.
Location 1 RECOMMENDED: Farm Amorphous Material 094-Mutant AA, drops in Agna Desert Hard, The Asylum Mission dungeon. One drop per run.
Defeat Swamp Walker colossi on hard difficulty to open the Amorphous Material 094-Mutant AA.
Luna Code 32% drop chance
Location 2: Farm Amorphous Material 027-Mutant AA, drops from Agna Desert Normal, Storage area, Vulgus Strategic Outpost. 5-20% drop chance.
Luna Code 3% drop chance
Location 3: Farm Amorphous Material 090-Mutant AA, drops from Agna Desert Hard, Storage area, Vulgus Strategic Outpost
Luna Code 10% drop chance
