Log NPC Dialog (1)

Whenever you want to (re)read what an NPC has said in open play in ESO you can just open the NPC chat channel.

However it does not log what NPCs have said in dialogs. This addon is a minimal self-contained fix for that: it logs the dialog lines (both from NPCs and the player) to the NPC chat channel.

Was initially a patch I wrote for N’TakDialog, that I forked off as a standalone minimal addon.
