STARS (0.5.6)

This is an addon I developed for the Console it has one working module already Tamriel Races and I have other I want to develop.

I dont have a PC version of the game so its not tested on PC this zip contains the LibSTARSConnecter for allowing moduled addons to communicate with STARS.

I would love some help on this project, while technical side I can handle UI looks are not my strong suite and i feel this would benefit from someone who can better design the visuals. as you can see from this image of several screen shots
