Blood Hunger Tracker is a lightweight addon which shows you your current number of stacks of werewolf Blood Hunger as well as the time remaining for the buff. The display window can be resized within limits of 30% and 150% of its default size by dragging a corner handle and can be moved by dragging while position is unlocked. It includes a settings page which allows you to enable/disable the addon, lock/unlock its display position, enable the display only while transformed, and reset the size and position of the addon, and these settings are stored per character. The size of the window is adjusted by clicking and dragging the bottom-right corner of the window.

There are other addons which can display Blood Hunger stacks, Bandits UI, for example, but Bandits’ default is to display potentially many small buff icons, which can be difficult to sort out and read, even if they are filtered and resized, while this addon is small and easily configurable.
