Ultivite (1.062)
I made this addon for myself around the sets I use and the UI I wanted. It ended up becoming quite feature filled, so I decided to share it.
I built and tested it on my 4K monitor, so I am not sure yet how the layout will look on lower resolutions.
This is also my first addon.
Dark Souls Player HUD
You can replace the normal ESO health, magicka and stamina presentation with Dark Souls style bars.
You can use just the enemy bar, just your own player bars, or enable the full Dark Souls style UI.

Features
Most, if not all, features have their own ON / OFF toggle in the addon settings.
Simple PvP K/D Tracker
A clean kills and deaths counter in the top left instead of another large PvP interface.
It is intended to give me the information I want without adding another huge UI element.
Major Breach Target Indicator
Shows a small dot around the centre of the screen for your selected target.
Red = Major Breach is active
White = Major Breach is not active
This lets me immediately see whether Major Breach needs to be reapplied.
The screenshot below shows the red breach indicator in the middle of the screen and the simple K/D counter in the top left while in Imperial City.

Bound Armaments Stack Counter
Instead of showing the remaining duration of Bound Armaments on the action bar, Ultivite can show the actual stack count.
This makes it much easier to see when you have reached 4 stacks.
Wield Soul Cooldown Tracking
Shows the Wield Soul cooldown directly on the action bar.
This works with whichever Scribing script you currently have configured on Wield Soul.
No Food Warning
If you do not have a food or drink buff active, NO FOOD BUFF remains visible in the middle of the screen until you eat or drink something.

No Major Resolve Warning
Works similarly to the food warning.
If Major Resolve drops while you are in combat, Ultivite displays a clear warning on screen.
This can be enabled or disabled in the settings.
Weapon and Spell Damage Display
Displays your current weapon or spell damage as simple white text.
There is no large background box or unnecessary frame around it.
Front and Back Bar Resistance Display
Displays your resistance values for both weapon bars using the same clean text style.
This makes it easy to see exactly how much your defensive stats change when swapping bars.
Onslaught Timer
After using Onslaught, Ultivite displays an 8 second countdown so you can see exactly how much of the penetration window remains.
Balorgh Timer
Balorgh has its own 12 second countdown after activation.
Kjalnar’s Nightmare Tracking
Tracks Kjalnar stacks on your selected target so you can see exactly where the proc is at.
Goretheif Tracking
Includes tracking for Goretheif and its relevant proc state.
Wretched Vitality Tracking
Optional Wretched Vitality tracking lets you see its current state without having to constantly watch the normal buff icons.
Dragon’s Appetite Stack Tracking
Displays your current Dragon’s Appetite stacks while you are wearing the set.
Other Set and Proc Tracking
I have also been adding tracking for other sets I actually use, including things such as Tarnished Nightmare.
The addon has largely grown around information I personally wanted available while playing.
Buff and Debuff Tracking
Tracks effects associated with both your front and back bars, including active effects from the bar you are not currently looking at.
Debuffs Currently Affecting You
There is an optional display showing negative effects currently active on your character along with their remaining timers.
Integrated Action Bar
I have integrated and customised Fancy Action Bar style functionality directly into Ultivite.
It can display:
Both weapon bars
Ability timers
Stacks
Ultimate information
Active effects
The entire action bar can also be moved and scaled.
PvP UI Cleanup
Ultivite includes options to automatically clean up parts of the normal ESO interface while in PvP.
For example, you can hide the:
Quest tracker
Compass
These elements can automatically return when you leave PvP.
You can also choose to hide them permanently instead.
Sound Recorder and Sound Blocker
Ultivite includes a sound recording and blocking system.
You can put the addon into recording mode, make the annoying sound occur in game, identify which ESO sound is being played, and then configure Ultivite to block it.
I originally added this because there are several set and ability sounds in ESO that I personally do not like.
Account Wide Profiles
Your configuration can be shared between characters.
This includes things such as:
UI positions
Scales
Trackers
Action bar configuration
Visibility settings
Other Ultivite settings
This means you do not have to rebuild the entire interface every time you switch characters.
