Fix Addon List Apostrophe Bug (1)

This is a small add-on that “fixes” the Apostrophe Bug in the addon list.
If you have a character who has an apostrophe in the name, the game will sometimes rename it to have a backslash before the apostrophe. This is a u51 error and is not addon-caused, but it does cause errors with addons.

If you have a character with an apostrophe in it, when you modify your enabled addons while in a group, your changes to the enabled addons may not be applied. This addon fixes that, so that when you modify your enabled addons, they always change enablement state.

Example of the bug affecting the addon list:

Have a char called M’OR
Join a group; the name gets changed to M’OR
Try to enable More Markers in the addon list
Reload UI
More Markers is not running
Go into the addon list and see that More Markers is marked as enabled

(the game is thinking that you are on a char with a in it, while you are not)

— After installing the addon —

Have a char called M’OR
Join a group; the name gets changed to M’OR
Try to enable More Markers in the addon list
Reload UI
More Markers is enabled

(the addon changes M’OR back to M’OR for the addon list, so the enablement state properly changes)
