Lead List (U46.0.1)

This addon were conceived upon seemingly abandoned addon Display leads (not updaded for year even though new leads were up). It is basically a copy of that addon updated with new leads and dropped some of the features that were reduntant or not used by me (e.g. leads from pledges or difficutly number).
Also I did include the patched translations for Chineese and Japaneese (as seen on 26.06.2025).
