Sustain Monitor is a real-time resource dashboard that helps you manage your Magicka, Stamina and Health sustain during combat.

What it does:

Tracks how fast each resource is draining (burn-rate per second)
Predicts how many seconds until a resource runs out (time-to-empty)
Shows how many ability casts you have left based on your equipped skills
Monitors your potion cooldown with a countdown timer
Smart Alerts:

Heavy Attack Suggestion – Visual and audio prompt when your resources are low and a Heavy Attack would help
Potion Reminder – Notifies you when your potion comes off cooldown
Resource Warnings – Three color-coded warning levels (yellow, orange, red) with optional sound effects and screen flash

Simple – Clean, minimal display with burn-rate and time-to-empty
Analytical – Adds live sparkline graphs showing resource history over time
