Overview
BombCounter helps you track and display Bombs in Cyrodil. Whenever a player racks up a streak of kills within a configurable time window, Bomb Counter will announce it in chat, add it to an on-screen history panel, and show a big, movable popup.

🎯 Key Features
Popup kill window & threshold configuration
Set how many milliseconds the popup bomb window lasts (default: 2000 ms) and how many kills trigger a bomb (default: 5).

Scope filtering: Self, Party, or Everyone
Choose whether to count only your own kills, only party members kills, or all kills.

Duplicate-kill suppression
Ignores the APIs occasional double-fires per kill, so you only ever get one message per kill.

History panel
A draggable, semi-transparent panel that logs the most recent bomb messages (configurable size).

On-screen popup
A large, movable popup shows the bomb announcement front-and-center.

/bombtest simulate a bomb message for testing
