Turn off God Mode and feel mortal again!Meet Overland Challenger the addon that slaps your character back to reality and brings danger, immersion, and sweaty palms back to Tamriel.⚠️ Note: Focused on Quests and Delves. Not recommended for group content or World Bosses (unless you really, really hate yourself). Also not for novices (below level 50 characters), since you wont be leveling your skills.⚔️ What it does:Locks Champion Points in the Warrior and Mage treesBlocks potion usageDisables companions (sorry, Ember)Hides combat tips and ground damage indicatorsDisables body & jewelry gear (sorry, this is the only way you’ll take some damage)Restricts skills that provide Major buffs/debuffs, HoTs, DoTs, shields, or passive heals (with rare exceptions)Forbids Scribing abilities with Major buffs, except for Empower and Force. Class Mastery is also forbiddenRequires Red Rye Beer (lvl 1 drink) to start (because every good challenge begins with booze :D)💻 Commands:/challenge → Activate Challenge Mode/challengeoff → Deactivate Challenge Mode/savecp → Save your CP setup/restorecp → Restore your CP setup–❓ Q&A (Because youre definitely going to ask)Q: Why would anyone want more difficulty?A: Maybe this addon just isnt for you. Otherwise, youre basically an unkillable raid boss in a costume.Q: My resources run out way too fast! What do I do without potions?A: Remember that ancient hidden mechanic called Heavy Attacks? Yeah, it still exists. Shocking, I know. ⚡Q: The addon wont let me equip my favorite skills!A: Theres a list of allowed abilities at the bottom of the page. But heres the short version:Any Major armor buff = immortal.Any passive healing skill (Swallow Soul, Critical Surge, Cliff Racer, etc.) = immortal.HoT stacking = immortal.Shields = immortal.DoTs = boring, because slapping 3 of them and running in circles until the boss dies is not a challenge.Pets & summons = same logic, except theyre just dying in your place.Major damage buffs = instant barbecue mode for enemies.Sorry, but this is the way. ✨Q: But I wanted my companion with me :mad:A: Yeah, and I wanted to pass math class by letting the smartest kid do my homework. Too bad. This is your exam. Solo only.Q: Why do I need Red Rye Beer to start the challenge?A: I needed to limit food buffs for balance, but the API doesnt let me strip them away. So beer it is.
