Crux Counter v2 (Subclass Support) (2.0.0)

This is a refactor of the original Crux Counter by g4rr3t that adds subclassing support.Crux Counter v2 removes Arcanist class limitation that was present in the original Add-on. This updated version detects the addition, and removal of Arcanist class lines via subclassing to dynamically show/hide the Add-on based on available class lines. Crux Counter v2 does not share any files with the original Crux Counter, and can be installed alongside it. However, if both versions are installed simultaneously, be sure to disable the one not currently being used to avoid seeing duplicates on Arcanist base class characters! The original author is in no way associated with this version of Crux Counter outside of the original code of Crux Counter v1.3.0. It is possible the author of Crux Counter will add support for subclassing to the original add-on, at which point that version should be used instead. Credit for bulk of the code goes out to g4rr3t!
