Donation Tracker (1.3sf)

This is an upgrade to the original Donation Tracker to get it to run in the latest version of ESO.

Original authors, please feel free to adopt this version or include whatever bits of source from this to bring the original addon back online.

This was uploaded specifically to assist guilds to still be able to keep track of donations (from emails only) while Zenimax works on fixing the guild histories.

I’m not planning on maintaining this long term.
