Grim Focus Counter but it counts to 10 (2.0)

This is a patch for Grim Focus Counter that takes the fixes from Simple fix for Grim Focus Counter by vays and makes the display styles actually show 10 stacks. Previously there was no visual difference between 5 and 10 stacks outside of color.

I have also left the 3 numbers styles and the two compass styles as is, for now. If anyone is interested in making a new style or updating any styles that I didn’t get to, please contact me.
