Mudcrab Counter (1.0)

**Required library:** LibAddonMenu-2.0

Tracks killing blows on mudcrabs & mudcrab bosses, both Total and Current Session (since login or /reloadui). Adds fun ranks in the dashboard via Settings: AddOns or /mccmenu.

Why? Because my friend said the world needed a mudcrab counter like this, and I agree.
