Perfect Weave (bugfix) (0.9)

This is a bugfix for andy.s’s Perfect Weave.

The only difference between this version and the original is a fix for a Lua error that arises from the original not recognizing scribed abilities. Additionally, I don’t actually use this addon; this fix was made only in response to reports about that particular Lua error.
