Potion Cooldown Tracker

Description
Potion Cooldown Tracker displays your quickslot potion cooldown timer directly on your screen. The timer appears over your quickslot button, showing the exact time remaining until your potion is ready to use again.
Some ideas were inspired by FancyActionBar+.

/pct toggle – Enables or disables the addon
