Welcome to the Stamina Necromancer Build PvP “Bloodrush” for ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). Make sure to bookmark the link as I will keep updating the build for each new Update of ESO. The Bloodrush Build is optimized for Cyrodiil.

The Bloodrush Build features the Necromancer class for The Elder Scrolls Online. This build has crazy Single Target damage due to the burst setup we are using. There will also be a few options that you can run in terms of gear if you don’t have access to all of it.

Our main setup consists of 5x Clever Alchemist, 5x New Moon Acolyte, and Balorgh in heavy armor. This combination gives us a lot of resistance, health, and burst damage if timed correctly.

Cyrodiil Setup Stamina Necromancer PVP Build

You can adjust the Necro PvP Build to your needs. That means if you don’t like a particular set or skill you can swap this out. Now let’s take a look at how you can create the build.

5x Alchemist, 5x New Moon Acolyte, 2x Balorgh on an Orc with Artaeum Takeaway Broth buff food.

• Unbuffed: Out of combat, buff food and Major Savagery active.
• Buffed: In combat, Major Brutality, Major Savagery, Weapon Damage Enchant, Balorgh proc (Glacial Colossus), Tri-Stat Potion, Alchemist Proc, Spirit Guardian and Summoner’s Armor active

Gear

Gear Setup

• 5-2 Setup: We are using a 5-2 setup, 5 pieces heavy and 2 medium.
• Our Dual Wield bar is for defense and healing and our Two hander bar is for offense.
• Offensive Bar: Two-Hander bar has New Moon Acolyte active for maximum damage.
• Defensive Bar: Dual Wield bar has Spectral Cloak active for maximum damage mitigation while we rebuff/heal.

Skills

Two-Hander bar is your offensive bar, Dual Wield is your defensive bar.

Backbar Ultimate: you can either use Temporal Guard, Ravenous Goliath or Glacial Colossus. Temporal Guard gives you lots of mobility and a small shield when you block on the back bar. Ravenous Goliath transforms you and makes you super tanky. Glacial Colossus deals high damage and also stuns enemies.

 

Skills explanation:

• Forward Momentum: Applies snare and root immunity, Major Brutality and Minor Endurance, increasing your Weapon Damage and Stamina Recovery.
• Blighted Blastbones: Powerful AoE direct damage that has delayed damage so we can use it as a primer, also applies Major Defile on the enemy, giving them a 16% healing debuff.
• Dizzying Swing: Your main spammable, always use in combination with the Blastbones.
• Executioner: Your execute ability, if an enemy is close to death, use this.
• Camouflaged Hunter: Applies Major Savagery and Minor Berserk buff, this skill is only passively slotted.
• Dawnbreaker of Smiting: Your main offensive AoE conal Ultimate which stuns the enemy and that also applies a damage over time effect after the impact.
• Quick Cloak: Deals damage, reduces incoming AoE damage via the Major Evasion buff and this is also your mobility tool, gives Major Expedition for 4 seconds, 30% speed buff. With the Spectral Cloak weapon set you also gain another 6% overall damage mitigation.
• Spirit Guardian: 10% Damage mitigation and 200 more Magicka and Stamina Recovery as long as this Summon is up. This has to be active 100% of the time.
• Resolving Vigor: Your main healing ability. It only lasts for a short duration so you have to make sure to activate it when you need it.
• Summoner’s Armor: Boosts your resistances and makes your Summons cheaper to cast.
• Expunge and Modify: For just slotting it you get 3% cost reduction on your skills and when you activate it, you remove debuffs on you and regain resources.
• Temporal Guard/ Goliath/ Colossus: Temporal Guard gives you 5% extra damage mitigation just by slotting it. You could use the Goliath or the Colossus ultimate too if you want.

Scribing Skills

The ESO Scribing System offers plenty of adjustable skills to add to our build. You can test out the skills below and see if they work for you. They are mostly here to annoy the enemy by stunning or immobilizing them.

Base Scribing Skill useful to our build:

• Two Handed: Smash (Repelling Smash)
• World: Soul Burst (Leashing Burst)

Repelling Smash

Smash turns into Repelling Smash scribing skill, knocks enemies back and stuns them. Additionally, it also immobilizes them and interrupts their casting. Especially the stun and immobilization combo is super annoying to deal with. You get stunned, then you have to break free and you are still stuck in place.

Leashing Burst

Wield Soul turns into Leashing Burst. After 2 seconds, this pulls enemies to you within 8 meters. Also applies Oblivion damage to any enemy hit and interrupts their casting. You can change Interrupt to something else if you want. The main appeal of the skill is to pull enemies in after 2 seconds and then hit them and attack them with our combo.

Important Info for Stamina Necromancer Build PvP

Buff-food

You can use a few different buff foods for this setup. Artaem Takeaway and Dubious Camoran both give you Max Health, MAx Stamina and Health and Stamina Recovery. Dubious is simply the less expensive version of Artaeum Takeaway Broth that you can buy in the Guildstore or craft yourself. Lava Foot Soup and Saltrice will boost your Max Stamina and Stamina Recovery by a lot but won’t give you any Max Health for this Stam Necro PvP Build.

Mundus Stone

To boost our damage even further, we are going to use the Warrior Mundus Stone for extra Weapon Damage. However, you can choose pretty much any Mundus Stone that you like. You can learn more about all the other Mundus Stones on the Mundus Stone Overview Page.

The Warrior Mundus Stone (Increased Weapon Damage)

If you have sustain issues you could also use The Serpent Mundus Stone to get extra Stamina Recovery.

You can use the crafted or the crown store version of the Tri-Stat potion.

I highly recommend running Poisons on the Dual Wield bar, those poisons help root the enemy and also drain stamina.

Resource Management – Stam Necro PVP Build

A lot of our sustain is tied to Heavy Attacks. Because we use Heavy Armor we benefit from the passive Revitalize. The next important thing is that you always keep your Spirit Guardian to gain damage mitigation and it also increases your Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 200 because of the Undead Confederate passive.

We also run one infused necklace with a Stamina Recovery enchantment to boost our Stamina Recovery numbers. You also want to make sure to use Tri-Stat Potions (check here), that way you can always pop a potion when you need it and you will regain all your stats, this can be a lifesaver!

Expunge and Modify also restores resources when we cleanse negative effects.
