Rogue Class Overview – Solasta 2

The Solasta II Rogue is a stealthy class with high mobility, adept at sneaking and thievery. They can deal extra bonus damage when attacking an enemy with an Advantage, or if the enemy is already in melee combat with one of the Rogue’s allies.

Here is an overview of what your Rogue can do at the start of the game in Solasta II:

  • Weapon Proficiencies – Simple Weapons, Longswords, Shortswords, Rapiers, Hand Crossbows
  • Armour Proficiencies – Light Armour
  • Saving Throw Proficiencies – Dexterity & Intelligence
  • Rogue Skills – Choose 4 from Acrobatics, Athletics, Deception, Insight, Intimidation, Investigation, Perception, Performance, Persuasion, Sleight of Hand, Stealth
  • Expertise – Select 2 of your Proficient Skills and double their Proficiency Bonus.
  • Rogue Tools – You have Proficiency with Thieves’ Tools
  • Smithing – You can craft arrows and bolts with Smith’s Tools
  • Sneak Attack – Make an attack and deal an extra 1d6 damage (increased by another 1d6 every 2 levels) with a finesse or ranged weapon, once per turn. Requires either Advantage against the target, or an ally to be next to the target.

Thief Subclass – Solasta 2

Thieves have honed their skills in the larcenous arts. In addition to improving their agility and stealth, they learn skills useful for delving into ancient ruins, reading unfamiliar languages, and using magic items they normally couldn’t employ.

Your Thief subclass will grant you the following additional features as you level up.

Level 3

  • Fast Hands – You can use your Cunning Action to interact with objects
  • Second-Story Work – Climbing no longer costs extra Movement, difficult climbs are now considered normal for you, and you can jump further.

Level 9

  • Supreme Sneak – You have Advantage on Stealth Checks

Level 13

  • Use Magical Device – You can use all magical items, even those normally unusable by Rogues
