Adds a small tooltip for the abilities with the types of damage: Single, DoT, Direct, AoE.
Tags were determined automatically by scanning damage changes with Champion Point stars:

Deadly Aim
Thaumaturge
Master-at-Arms
Biting Aura

Also, marks buffs or non-damage abilities, which are not affected by any or the mentioned CPs.
