StickyHoTs (1.0.0)

This is a simple addon for U49 Battle Spirit which reduces all healing received by 33% when the player has 8 or more Heal over Time (HoT) effects active. It only displays in PvP areas where Battle Spirit is active and shows a count of current HoT effects out of 8 to understand when you have the debuff.

Colors the text to warn as count approaches the U49 healing debuff cap (8 HoTs):
– Red (>= 8): healing debuff active (-33% healing taken)
– Yellow (6-7): approaching cap, danger zone
– Green (1-5): safe
– White (0): no HoTs
