Welcome to our Fiend Warlock Build for Solasta II.

The Fiend is a Warlock subclass in Solasta II. This guide will explain how to create a powerful Fiend Warlock build, including the best weapons, armour, spells, ability distribution, skills, and more.

Warlock Class Overview – Solasta II

Warlocks are seekers of knowledge that lies hidden beneath the veil. Making pacts with mysterious beings of supernatural powers, Warlocks unlock magical effects both subtle and spectacular.

Here is what your Warlock will start with at Level 1 in Solasta II:

  • Weapon Proficiencies – Simple Weapons
  • Armour Proficiencies – Light Armour
  • Saving Throw Proficiencies – Wisdom & Charisma
  • Skill Proficiencies – Choose 2 from Arcana, Deception, History, Intimidation, Investigation, Nature, Religion
  • Spellcasting – You can cast spells and cantrips from the Warlock spell list. You will unlock more spells as you level up.
  • Subclass – Select which subclass your Warlock will use.

The Fiend Subclass – Solasta II

You have made a pact with a fiend from the lower planes of existence, a being whose aims are evil, even if you strive against those aims.

Your Fiend subclass will grant you the following additional features as you level up.

Level 1

  • Extended Spells – The following Spells are learned and always prepared:
    • Burning Hands
    • Bane
  • Dark One’s Blessing – Whenever you reduce a hostile creature to 0 HP, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your Warlock level (minimum of 1).

Level 3

  • Extended Spells
    • Blindness
    • Scorching Ray

Level 5

  • Extended Spells
    • Fireball
    • Stinking Cloud

Level 6

  • Dark One’s Own Luck – For the next minute, add 1d10 to all ability checks and saving throws. You regain this ability after a long rest.

Level 7

  • Extended Spells
    • Fire Shield
    • Wall of Fire

Level 9

  • Extended Spells
    • Flame Strike
    • Contagion

Level 10

  • Fiendish Resilience – You gain resistance to non-magical, non-silver damage of a type of your choosing, which lasts until you choose a different type with this feature. You can change the damage type when you finish a short or long rest.

Level 14

  • Hurl through Hell – When you hit a creature with an attack, you can banish it until the end of your next turn. The creature suffers 10d10 psychic damage upon returning. Once per Long Rest.

The Fiend Warlock Build Levelling Up Guide – Solasta II

In this section, we’ll explain what your Fiend Warlock will unlock at each level and the best choices to make when levelling up.

Level 2

  • Eldritch Invocations – Choose 2 Eldritch Invocations. You have the option to replace one Eldritch Invocation each time you level up. See Eldritch Invocations for a full list.

Level 3

  • Pact Boon – You can select one of the following Pact features to unlock:
    • Pact of the Chain – You can bind yourself to an Imp, Pseudodragon, Quasit or Sprite, gaining temporary bonuses.
    • Pact of the Blade – Weapons wielded by you count as magical for the purpose of overcoming Resistance and Immunity to non-magical damage. Also grants Proficiency with Martial Weapons.
    • Pact of the Tome – You can choose three extra Cantrips from any spell list in the game. Also unlocks an invocation that grants two spells with the Ritual tag.
  • Extended Spells
    • Blindness
    • Scorching Ray

Level 4

  • Feat – Select a Feat or improve an Ability.

Level 5

  • Choose one more Eldritch Invocation
  • Extended Spells
    • Fireball
    • Stinking Cloud

Level 6

  • Mystic Arcanum – Choose one seventh-level spell from the Warlock Spell List. You can cast it once per Long Rest.

Level 14
