FOV Zoom (1.0)

Description:
The FOV Zoom add-on for ESO replicates Fallout New Vegas’s FOV zooming system. A new keybind is added to Controls settings, when you hit it, it will zoom in when selected via that key and zoom back to your default FOV setting when that key is released. The FOV target for zooming can be altered on the fly in FOV Zoom’s add-on settings menu. Works in third and first person.

Limitations:
-The zooming-in-and-out speed isn’t quite as fast as New Vegas, but it’s as close as I can get within ESO’s limitations. I’ve done all the tricks I can do to increase the zoom speed via scripting, but I’ve found a speed that feels perfectly playable.
-ESO does not expose it’s camera API in a way that can be extremely modded by add-ons… I found in testing that players who use a higher default FOV benefit from this add-on more than those that play on a lower FOV. This is due to there being a hardcoded cap on how low you can make the camera zoom in. This is the best I can do for a non-native feature.
