Bring your action bar to life bounce, glow, pulse, and a clean thin frame.
AnimatedActionBar+ revives a much-loved classic for the current ESO versions. Every time you cast, an ability procs, or your ultimate becomes ready, your action bar reacts with a satisfying bounce, a configurable glow, a proc pulse that draws your eye, and a clean thin frame that replaces the heavy vanilla 64px borders.
Designed to coexist peacefully with the action bar setups people actually use: vanilla UI, FancyActionBar+, Bandits UI, LUI Extended, AlphaGear, Azurah, and the Ability Framework (including custom Style Packs).
Features

Bounce animation on cast and on procs pick from four styles:

Bounce classic squish-and-grow (icon and frame scale together)
Flash bright alpha blink
Shake horizontal wobble
Tilt short rotation pulse

Press glow a colored, fading highlight every time you press a skill. Fully tunable: color (with alpha), duration, padding/halo size, brightness multiplier.
Proc pulse a continuous glow that runs while an ability is proc’d, with three styles:

Smooth gentle fade in/out
Blink clean on/off toggle
Strobe fast, aggressive flicker

Includes color cycle for two-tone flashing, min/max alpha bounds, and “stop on press” so the pulse ends the instant you actually use the proc.
Dedicated ultimate settings independent bounce, press-glow, ready border, and the original ESO ready shimmer. Tune the ulti separately for a bigger, more dramatic moment.
Ultimate-ready border a colored, optionally-pulsing border the second you have enough ultimate power to cast. Color, padding, pulse duration, pulse min-alpha and brightness are all configurable.
Vanilla ESO ready shimmer the original golden glow on the ulti slot when ready. Off in earlier versions of the addon; now on by default, and toggleable.
Quickslot bounce + glow same animation treatment for consumables (potions, food, siege, etc.).
Thin custom frame replaces the vanilla 64px border with a clean thin frame, with adjustable opacity (or hide it entirely for a glow-only look).
LibAddonMenu-2.0 settings panel everything is configurable in-game, no XML editing.

Compatibility

Works alongside FancyActionBar+, Bandits UI, LUI Extended, Azurah, AlphaGear, and the Ability Framework (incl. custom Style Packs).
Plays nicely with the vanilla UI.
Account-wide saved variables.
