Disables the AntiClankerAddonConsortium (ACAC) Update Checker panel and functionality.

!! Use at your own risk and only if you know what you are doing !!

In particular you will not be warned about ACAC-tracked addons that are outdated. It’s now on you to make sure Minion isn’t messing up. Also, triple-check addon versions before any bug reports anywhere.

This addon has no lasting effects, and no load-time or runtime overheads. (It only defines a single global variable that would have been defined later anyway.) If you uninstall it or disable it in your addons list, checks will run again.
