As nice as ESOs music is, its often a little too “cinematic” when you are just adventuring in the wild.

So basically, this addon mutes all the music exept when you are in or enter a major city, village etc.
You can choose how long the fade from music on/off should be.

For example, you write to riften and as soon as you enter the city, the music will fade in and when you leave it will fade out smoothly.
